How long will it take to receive my products?
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your order.

What if I move?
We will take care of your change of address for you. For simplicity you may notify us at our toll-free number 1-800-468-7511 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST or send an email to orders@gntinc.com

What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order you must call at our toll-free number 1-800-468-7511 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST or send an email to orders@gntinc.com

What guarantees do you offer?
If you ever receive damaged product or miss any deliveries for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your money.

What if I am missing items from my order or received damaged product?
Customers are given 14 days from the time they receive their order to contact our customer service regarding damaged, missing and/or wrong items in their order. Replacement items and/or refunds will be issued within 14 days after approval.
