FAQ

Where can I find my School ID?

Your school ID is typically located on your parent letter that was sent home or emailed to you.

Where do I go to shop?

After you have registered your student. Either Log in with the username and password you created and go to the "shop" button and it will take you to the virtual holiday shop!

Or use the Participant ID that was created when you registed. The participant id was emailed to you after you registered or you can find in the student information box once you use your username and pasword you created to login.

Where can I Find my Participant ID?

Your participant ID is generated after you register.

You can find it by logging in, using the username and password you created. The Participant ID is located in the Student Information box under the email tab.

I already placed my order, when will my order ship?

No items will ship when you purchase a gift certificate. Just print your receipt out and send it to school with your student so they can shop!

What are my payment options?

We accept Mastercard and Visa

How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email soon after you place your order.

When will I receive my order?

You should recieve an order confirmation/receipt immediatly after placing your order. That is your gift certificate. Please send the receipt into school with your student(s) to shop.

When will the online store close?

The dates of your school’s/group’s sale is located on your parent letter. If your sale is going on and you are getting a message that the store is closed. Please contact us for further assistance.
