Where can I find my School ID?

Your school ID is typically located on your parent letter that was sent home with your fundraising packet.

Where can I find my Student ID?

Your student ID is typically a 6-digit code located and the top of your three-part order form. If you have an order form that attached inside of your brochure, it will be located on the back.

Where can I Find my seller ID?

Your seller ID is generated after you register your student. You can find it by logging in, using the username and password you created. If you already registered your child, click on their name and you will find it listed there.

How do I share my seller ID with friends and Family?

Once your child is registered, you can share the seller ID a few different ways. After you log in with the username and password you created, there will be social media links and email buttons next to your child’s name. Click on the various social media button to share them on those sites. You can click on the “Send Email Link” button and enter in the email address of the people you want to share the fundraiser with. Or you can simply copy your student seller ID along with the link onlinefundraisingstore.com and they can shop that way.

How do I change from ship to home to ship to school? Or vice versa?

If you added product to your basket and decided that you would like to change where you want to ship your items to. Go to the right-hand corner of your screen and find the “Guest” or your username dropdown and log out. Go to the “shop now” tab and select how you would like to ship your order. You will have to select the items you want to purchase over again.

I already placed my order, how to I change where it is shipping to?

Once you have placed your order, we cannot change how it is being shipped.

What are my payment options?

We accept Mastercard and Visa

How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email soon after you place your order.

Is frozen food available online?

Frozen food is only available online if you select “ship to school”. Frozen food is not available for “ship to home”.

*Frozen food is only available on “ship to school” if your school/ group has opted to do frozen food. If you school/ group is not selling frozen food, it will not be available.

When will I receive my order?

If you selected “ship to school”, your order will be shipped or delivered to the school the day of the group/school fundraiser delivery. Please contact the student your purchased for to find out when delivery is.

If you selected “ship to home”, our processing time is two to three weeks. If you have not received your order and it has been more than three weeks, please contact us.

When will the online store close?

Typically, the online store is open a few days after the school/ group has collected order forms. If your sale is going on and your getting a message that the store is closed. Please contact us for further assistance.

When is my school’s/ group’s delivery date?

Please contact your fundraising sponsor to find out your school/ group’s delivery date.
