How long will it take to receive my products?
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks. 

How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your order. 

What if I move?
We will take care of your change of address for you. For simplicity you may notify us at our toll-free number 1-855-525-3863 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST or send an email to contact@onlinefundraisingshop.com

What are my payment options?
For your convenience, you may pay by major credit card (we accept Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard). 

Why is the online pricing for items different from the catalog pricing?
The price of the online product includes an online processing fee and may be different from pricing seen in brochures. 

What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order you must call at our toll-free number 1-855-525-3863 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM or send an email to contact@onlinefundraisingshop.com

What are my options to support my student if I live outside of the 48 Continental US?
You can support your student through the $20 online donation, Item #1020. Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship product to the 48 Continental US. 

What guarantees do you offer?
If you ever receive damaged product or miss any deliveries for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your money. 

What if I am missing items from my order or received damaged product?
Customers are given 14 days from the time they receive their order to contact our customer service regarding damaged, missing and/or wrong items in their order. Replacement items and/or refunds will be issued within 14 days after approval. 

Why won't it allow me to check out?
Make sure you are in the student's link. The child that is requesting you to purchase items for their school/group should have sent you a personal email that has their link attached. This ensures he/she gets credit for the sale.
